Coaching is a one-on-one conversation between the coach and the person being coached (PBC). It involves:

  • listening to you
  • hearing your perspective
  • asking thought-provoking questions
  • challenging your thinking
  • encouraging you
  • cheering you on


Coaching stretches the minds of individuals by asking powerful questions of the PBC and allowing them to create new thought processes by coming up with answers to those questions. Coaching is effective because it doesn’t allow for people to back-track or plateau, but forces them to move higher, further, faster or closer to where they want to go.


I have found four sessions are needed to develop a relationship and build rapport with clients and help them realize significant growth, forward movement, and progress. Because of this, each of my packages starts with a minimum of four sessions. The coaching sessions can be over the phone, in person*, or via email. The initial session in each package will be conducted over the phone and is free. During this session, I will gather the personal information necessary for communication throughout the coaching process, collect payment for the package you have selected and determine where to begin the conversation with the remaining coaching sessions.
