Every page and post you create has a settings area called “Content Layout Settings”. On a newly created page or post, the only item that should be in the editor should be for WordPress content. This block represents anything that you would normally have on the page from WordPress. So if it’s a page, then this is the page’s title and the text/html you enter into the edit box. If it is a blog template then this would be the whole blog output.
By clicking the “Add area+” button you can add a number of other types of blocks ranging from sliders to blog content to even custom blocks which you can fill with whatever you want.
